I would just like to say that Joe Zarzaur did a really great job on everything that he followed up on everything and did a great job. I would recommend them to all my friends and I would definitely use him again if there is a similar case or any other cases. I would definitely use him again. I give him five stars. He has a good staff here working for him and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all of my friends.

All I can say is wow. Joe and his staff have been nothing but exceptional for my family, myself and the community. His client service is top priority and it shows very quickly from the first call. After I worked with the insurance adjuster by myself for over a year without any success settling my case, I hired Joe Zarzaur to represent me. Joe and his staff were very professional. He didn't want us to make a special trip to meet him for the first time since we live almost 3 hours from his Pensacola office. I thought that was very nice of him. It was very convenient for us. There are some many nice things I can say, Joe handled my case and worked as hard as he could to get it taken care of. The staff are very professional and go out of their way to make you feel right at home.

His staff has taken care of everything! The wonderful ladies in the office handled my medical bills and even reached out to reduce my payments with hospitals. Afterwards, all that I had to do was come in to sign my settlement check! It is a very professional environment, and you are given personal service. I would trust them with anything!
