Unfortunately I was not totally satisfied with my experience with Michele's &booth. The staff was very friendly, I just don't believe I received attention my case needed. I am not in better situation. Especially from a slip and fall case. I believe it could have been handled better.

I was in a bad car accident and sustained a neck injury. I was very hesitant getting an attorney at first but my chiropractor recommended that I at least talk to one as I had a lengthy healing processes ahead. I am so thankful I reached out to Michles & Booth. Mr.Michles took my case and was very professional and knowledgeable. He eased my concerns and broke down the entire process. His paralegal, Cynthia, was in communication with me throughout the entire length of my case. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After I was rear-ended and hurting I wasn't sure what to do next. On the recommendation of a friend I hired John Rogers at Michles & Booth and it was the best decision I could have made. He helped me get access to the right doctors who treated my back and wrist and ultimately got a result for me that was much more than I was expecting. I’m a 67 year old retiree who was in a bad motorcycle crash when an oncoming car crossed the double line and hit me nearly head on. He lied to the police but Michles and Booth investigators got a witness statement to prove what really happened. Attorney John Rogers and paralegal Bruce were there every step of the way. They found an insurance policy on a motorhome and fought with the company to pay the full limits. They fought to make sure I got to keep a large share of the settlement and I feel lucky to have had them in my corner.

John Rogers did a great job getting me the maximum amount for my shoulder that was injured in auto accident, I am very satisfied with all michles & booth and John Rogers did for me! 5 stars
