The communication with Michles & Booth through the disability process have been very helpful. There are areas in the disability benefit process that can be difficult to understand and navigate through. All the pieces need to be in place so that the process doesn't derail. It's vital that one seeking disability benefits have experienced and knowledgable representation. Equally important from a client point of view is good and consistent communication. We feel that we have had both with Michles & Booth. The paralegals work in the process is essential. We appreciate all their hard work and follow up. There again, the communication helps the family to stay up to date and informed. Overall our experience with Michles & Booth has been a good one.

Hollie, Stephanie and my lawyer Adrian Bridges have been nothing but responsive and helpful all along the way. I was in a pretty bad motor accident that I wasn’t at fault for and even though it’s been a process and it’s taken some time they’ve all been patient with my questions and really great about addressing any concerns I’ve had along the way. First of all I'll start off with this Brian Carter and Tonya we're the best. In the beginning it was Rocky and I would get very doubtful. I would get angry didn't think anyone cared.
