Therese was a God send to me and my daughter. My ex filed for a custody modification that was filed on bogus claims. Unfortunately, I initially hired a popular lawyer in Pensacola that was an absolute atrocity. After the first hearing, I decided I needed a better lawyer. I called every lawyer in the area that I could find a phone number for to find better representation and after talking with Therese, I immediately knew she was the right person to represent me. She’s so knowledgeable, she takes care to remember facts of the case, everytime I talked to her I felt like she truly listened. She communicates well and is thorough. She’s a likable person that was easy to talk to. The one thing that stood out about her to me and ultimately made my decision is that she has the ability to “work with” the opposing side instead of a nasty, aggressive approach others expressed. She was able to negotiate without antagonizing and it really put me in a much better position in the end. I have my daughter and that’s all I prayed for over the past two years of this battle. I was involved in a complicated divorce case for over 2 years with an attorney who had a stellar reputation in Pensacola. Unfortunately, after a couple of years of poor communication, lack of preparation, and a general feeling that he was indifferent to the outcome, I decided to make a change. Jane came highly recommended by esteemed members of the legal community. One attorney called her the silent assassin, a Winner! The difference between counsel was night and day.
