The aftermath of an injury can be as much of a nightmare as the injury itself, and sometimes help is needed to try and heal that injury. Sometimes, help is needed to hold negligent people responsible. I wouldn't wish that need on anyone, but I can say that Phil Hall and his entire office helped in ways my family will always be grateful for. Phil's an expert attorney, tireless and compassionate, invested in his clients and sincere in his counsel. And all of those qualities are present in his entire office, extremely knowledgable and just as importantly, AVAILABLE. I never waited long for a response to any question, no matter how small.

If you think you know what you're in for when you deal with insurance companies, you're wrong. They're programmed to beat you down, dismiss you, belittle you, question your honesty & integrity as a person. They'll push you to your limit. Their goal ? Get you to quit, give up, drop your case. I speak from experience on how hard this is on a person, especially when your dealing with medical issues . It's all too much. I was near the end of my rope after being denied benefits. I can't be more grateful I found Mr. Hall. He took charge of dealing with an insane insurance company on my behalf. I can't explain the level of relief I had after our first call.
