Mr. Cohen helped us through a confusing and annoying extended-family matter. We had struggled with another attorney, but when Mr. Cohen took over things went very smoothly, and in the end we were very satisfied. He is smart, really knows the in's and out's, and is pleasant to work with.

mr cohen handled my bankruptcy case so well I barely had to lift a finger except to sign a few papers. he explained the process to me which gave me the confidence to proceed and it worked out just as he said. the pressure is gone -no calls or letters - the man is a miracle worker and I advise anyone with credit card debt to call (or email) mr cohen

I recently moved to the state, and became a resident. When searching for an attorney I came across Joel Cohen and gave a call. He answered right away and even before he became my lawyer gave me excellent advice. He started right away on my file and sent me information within a night. He made sure to verified everything multiple time before submitting it. The only wait was the court date. Court went fast and accurate and everything complete within hours.

Joel has worked above and beyond what I expected. I watched him in court leave the opposite attorney speechless as he was bringing up the points on our side. He has been patient and assuring throughout the whole process. I will definitely use Joel again in the future if a need arises.
