I had to help my elderly sister-in-law to remove her step daughter out of her home. I live in Georgia and my sister-in-law (has physical handicap issues) lived in Pensacola, Florida. The step daughter put my sister-in-laws clothes on the street believing the home was given to her after the death of my sister-in-laws husband and father to the daughter. I asked a friend in Pensacola to suggest someone site unseen dealing with all the legal matters to resolve this issue. Tim was contacted and every option was reviewed over the phone. We hired Tim to file an eviction. From the day we hired Tim to the day we had the keys and our rental house back in our possession was less than 30 days (although it could have been much quicker if Tim didn't have to re-serve my tenant the 3 day notice to pay because of an error I made in my initial notice to the tenant! Thanks Tim for suggesting we start over and even with starting over, less than 30 days!!!)
