David Abrams has successfully represented me in the past 2 years in 3 cases where he advised on cost effective approaches to recover me substantial damages and remove a lien. They covered Landlord & Tenant, misrepresentation, negligence and civil theft issues. He obviously knows his way round the Miami-Dade courts very well and used his 30 years of trial experience to great effect. Unlike others I had seen he is not scared of the prospect of a court appearance. And most importantly he did not run up huge bills or waste time and efforts on needless side issues.
