I had a dispute with related to my home and was referred to Herman & Wells. Warren Duffy was the attorney who handled my case. Warren is one who stays on top of things and communicated with me on what was happening and explaining the next steps through the process. He was accurate on every step of the process. I found the overall experience to be handled very professionally from the ease of getting stated to the final closeout and picking up my settlement check. I can highly recommend Herman & Wells and Warren Duffy and I would hire them again without and reservations.

Attorneys Jason Herman and Keith Stahl from Herman & Wells recently represented us in an insurance claim dispute over property damage. Both Jason and Keith were extremely professional in their handling of our claim. Herman and Wells is an excellent and trustworthy team for legal troubles. We worked with Jason and Warren and they were both so supportive and caring. We had a dispute with our terrible home owner’s insurance company who refused to cover damage from a exterior roof leak. Jason and Warren educated us and worked diligently to recover our costs. Clifford Wells is affable, knowledgeable, experienced and definitely on your side type of an attorney. I was hurt in rear end collision and thought my case was open and shut.
