This attorney was Google searched for Tort claims, and lists that they deeal with Tort Claims, however after contacting their offices, the receptionist would not allow me to consult, did not hear the entire context of the claim, and is not an attorney qualified to make a decision regarding my situation. I was simply referred back to the Florida bar ACAP. This attorney is misrepresenting there services on Google and should be repremanded. I would not recomend calling Herman & Wells Attorneys

HORRIBLE I would give it ZERO STARS AND STAY AWAY FROM WARREN DUFFY For legal reasons - since I am sure they are super busy and ignore their clients or potential clients I will say only his Mr Duffy is a recent graduate of one of the lowest ranked schools in the entire nation. The choice of a lawyer is an important one and should not be based on how a website but always contact the State Bar of Florida and find out if there are any complaints against the attorney. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS FIRM
