Mr. Tancredo was very helpful to my daughter and myself. He gave us different options for us to move forward!! I highly recommend him and his office.

Very professional

If I could give two separate reviews based on Mr. Tancredo himself and his staff I would. I felt confident in Mr. Tancredo and his recommendation for a resolution. At the end of the day the route we decided to go he preferred not to handle as it could of caused conflict between his practice and another local practice. Totally understandable! This issue comes when we attempted to move on and needed a document, that we initially provided him, in order to do so. The two girls that handle calls are lacking not only in not only professionalism when handling phone calls but they also do not follow through on relaying messages between the client and Mr. Tancredo. I called on a Wed asking for a specific document that I believed was in the folder that I gave to Mr.Tancredo at our first appointment. I Never recieved a call back. I called the following Monday and got a very rude response. The lady was snappy and responded "Well i am not the one you spoke with because i was not here and your asking for a document that may or may not be here" implying that my request was not of any importance. And did not return my call. Upon making a phone call to the office that orginally gave me the folder it turns out it did infact contain said document. They were not thrilled to be asked for a reprint of the document but quickly obliged and we were able to have a copy within a few hours. The girls at Tancredo caused us so much headache when just a simple check into our file and a call back would of been a quick painless fix.. The Tancredo office has a text line for its clients as well, I attempted to Contact them via that route to no avail on that front either. In summary, Tancredo himself is okay but it saddens me to say that he's not worth hiring when his office staff should be the backbone of his business and they cannot do even the simplest of tasks for his clients.

Chris Tancredo helped me out of an unfavorable situation a while back. I would absolutely refer anyone that is need of legal counsel to contact them. When I dealt with them it was with Chris Tancredo himself, not some legal aid or paralegal. Note though, they do not blow sunshine up your back side so don't expect that. Their pricing was very fair also.
