“Even now when we were taken by surprise by the plaintiffs filing a motion for summary judgement this attorney had no strategy other than "I can buy you some time if you agree to turn over the title to the MTG. company" . And when we insisted to meet in person at her Browar County office she and the rest of her staff kept coming up with lame excuses not to face us in person.”

“As we are now in the process of hiring "compentent/aggressive representation" we just learned that there was no affirmative defense, even though one was promisted. And she not even a challenge the bank note poccesion and most important, did not even follow our last request when filing the withdrawl motion.”
