He's very professional.

The first time I contacted Mr. Charles was to find out if there was a possibility to solve my case. I didn't have high expectations as I didn't have insurance at the time of my accident. He recommended another attorney for my traffic tickets after a brief consultation. A couple days later he called me to let me know that there was a chance for me to receive some benefits from my car accident. He thoroughly explained the process of what had to be done and was able to get me great results even though I didn't expect them to be so great. I am very grateful.
