Mr. Kollin wasn’t able to provide me with representation for my case but he went out of his way to help me find other avenues for me to achieve justice. Man of integrity.

My family and I hired Mr. Kollin for an appeal case in which he won. My fiancé was sentenced to 30 years and now he has his future back. We’re so grateful for you and your expertise. We can’t thank you enough.

I hired Mr. Killing to handle an appeal case for my fiancé. He is knowledgeable and started working on the case from the very beginning. I would recommend Mr. Kollin. He’s been on point with everything and we’re looking forward to this upcoming appeal.

I have had the distinct pleasure of receiving help from Mr. Kollin several times. He has always been courteous and displays a wealth of knowledge of civil rights law that few attorneys actually grasp. Mr. Kollin has gone out of his way to help me and many others with complex civil rights issues. If I had a criminal matter or a civil rights case I would hire Mr. Kollin in a heartbeat if he was available. One of the best attorneys in South Florida!

Gary is the worse lawyer in the planet. stay away!! i had to find a real lawyer to replace him and pay double. The new lawyer had to file a motion to withdraw. he has zero interest in helping his clients, all he cares about is money and how to prolong things so he can get more money out of you. The reviews speak for themselves, stay away from this clown!

I really don't know how in the world could this man have any clients given that he doesn't allow people to speak a word. I called Mrs. Kollin up about situation dealing with me and the ATF. The ATF deceived me with a "facially deficient" warrant that has no Particularity. I left a voicemail to Mrs. Kollin with me stating my name/number multiple times along with the issue at hand (facially deficient warrant). Mrs. Kollin calls me back up by telling me literally, "This is Gary Kollin, I am returning your call." As soons as I say how are you doing, he immediately cuts me off by saying who is this as if he doesn't recognize my voice from the voicemail with me saying my name multiple times. I told him about the issue with the ATF executing a facially-deficient warrant happened 3 years ago. He told me the Statutes of limitation to sue the government is 2 or 3 years. I told him I understand that but I was interested in a "Bivens Lawsuit" (Individual Capacity) which has a Statute of limitation of 4 years. He then tells me that he doesn't like Bivens Lawsuit because the Supreme Court messed it up and hung up in my face. Because he hung up in my face, I didn't even get a chance to respond to tell him that the US Case Law (Supreme Court), Groh v. Ramirez (2004), states that there is no "Qualified Immunity" for any officer executing a facially deficient warrant like the one involving my situation.
