I paid as agreed, I was informed I could go to the DMV & they would email the necessary paperwork. After wasting 3 hrs pf my day to find out that I was given false info, I called to then be hung up on & left with unanswered questions. Called back, told to try another DMV. I called first, none will accept email. This lawfirm doesnt know its a*s from a hole in the ground!! I have screenshots of the email chain if anyone's interested in proof. Ill be following up with a bar complaint.

U can nvr get in contact with any of the ppl especially the secretary...she is nvr at her desk and no one ever returns ur calls...

This company is little more than a collection agency for companies like Progressive insurance. I have been paying them monthly since 2008 every month. Last Monday May 11th, 2015 I requested a balance of my debt with the hopes of obtaining a loan to pay them off. It is May 19th 2015 and I am still waiting for a total balance due. What company can't simply pull up your account and tell you the balance? My car loan can, my credit card can, my bank can but not this company. It is my plan to put the word out on every site I can find.
