I live in Arizona, but I needed expert legal assistance with a couple probate matters in Broward County. My wife and I recently retired and moved to Florida. We had a set of estate planning documents that were created several years ago in Colorado. We needed the documents updated to include Florida statutes etc. We also suspected that our Colorado documents were not as thorough as they needed to be to prevent probate and significant estate taxation upon our passing. Although, our final set of estate planning documents are filled with “legalese” as they should be, Samantha walked us through every page of each document (e.g., trusts, wills, POAs, etc.) and answered every question my wife and I had. Her answers were explained in common-sense layman terms that we understood and felt comfortable with. Samantha spent as much time as we needed to complete the entire process. We never felt rushed.
