Just wanted to make sure everyone knew how cruel and heartless this all about the money this company is... just so you're aware you could have caused my daughter and I our lives. When everybody has come together to help out in a time of need, you decided to freeze my bank account, the absolute only money my 9 year old and I have access too the day we were told that we had to evacuate because of hurricane Irma. I contacted this heartless company and they did not care one bit. Long story short we were unable to leave our home as we were told to do because we are in zone A as we had NO money, no money to buy supplies, no money for gas, no money to leave or even drive to a shelter. I have been out of work now going on a week because there is no power at our office, and still can not leave our home. I am grateful that we lived trough this, but still have no access to my money for almost one month. How do you think I will be able to go out and purchase gas and food???? We have no other family here. Again.. your company is cruel and please take the little money I owe you and do as you please with it, I hope your conscience is clear.

I had a debt - I was paying it monthly with one law group and was almost finished. They sold my debt to these bloodsuckers - I was not aware for 60 that this had happened and kept send my payment - then get a notice that I haven't paid Zakheim and now owe all of these fines. Again they bought the debt and I was not informed so called the other agency and because I had an attorney of record - which had signed off they informed her and not me and because I was no longer a client the didn't tell me. So I worked it out and then Z- holes told me they are doubling my payments - and I said. I it's 150 a month that's all I have. They took it. Then according to my records I didn't have much left so worked it out and kept paying them. When I thought it was my last payment I called them and they would not answer my questions because I had an attorney of record - who would t answer because I wouldn't pay her any more money - so I made my last payment and called 7 times and left messages and asked for a receipt that I paid. Fast forward 6 months I get court papers that say I owe $350.00 for court fee and fines for non payment - no call no paperwork nothing - and no number to call them to get this straightened out. They say I was $10 short on final payment and now I have $350 fines from that. How they sleep at night is something I don't understand. And that this is ethical is hard to believe. These people are a completely crooked company. They state that they have sent you the paper work or that they summons you and it never happened. They state that you owe money to an account that is well over 10 years old. There is a statue that states after 7 years that they cannot make you pay a debt that was written off. They are rude and very hard to get in touch with. All they want to do is take the money that you have in your bank account. They will regret the day that they touched my account because I will be suing them. They took money out of my account that was a debt of my mothers and not mine.

Horrible company with horrible ethics. Many years ago I bought a refrigerator. Things in life went downhill, I became a single mom, and my account was sent to collections. These people have been harassing me every year trying to garnish my wages. I didn't go to Hawaii with the money, I bought a refrigerator. They harass my work and neighbors, which I don't believe is even legal, and even if it's not, it's highly unethical. Crooked company.

There is nothing nice to say about this law firm. They are unprofessional and don't send you the paper work required to do your part. When I asked for them to send me my paper work one of the employees there (not an attorney) told me that they would NOT send me the paper work needed because they already sent it once but convinetly I never got them. Now time is running out for me to file paper work with the clerk of court. In my opinion they did this on purpose so that I wouldn't have time to file my paper work and stop the wage garnishment process and they could take what little money I had...This people who work here are super rude and heartless. They will let u go hungry before they work with you!!!

I agree these guys are a number 1 tyrant. They don't care whatever happens to anyone. Even when there is nothing to be done they continue to be corrupt.

These Guys Are A-Holes. There work with Capital One is ruining my family and I's Future. So thank You Zakheim And Capital one for Ruining it.
