Melanie took care of a traffic ticket for me. Her and the staff in her office were kind and professional and it cost less to pay her fee than pay the ticket. She went to court for me, I didn't need to be there at all. Highly recommended

I have used Melanie Horowitz for 2 tickets, and both of them were resolved with no points off my license, no traffic class, and I didn't have to go to court. My mother and a friend have both used her as well and had the same results. Her office staff was also very good with relaying information to me. Highly recommended.
