Terrible place. Terrible smiling fake people. They answered right away. Paid me 2 years later. If they tell you I give a partial amount and the rest later. You’ll never see the rest after many many years. I don’t know how they handle the money, and which kinda of accounts they place the money. I don’t trust them. Too many scripts to their benefit.

Don’t waste your time with them. Called and gave my whole story for them to say we are having problems pulling up the accident report and they’ll call me back by the end of day. Never heard from them so I called them three days later, they took a message and said someone would call me back by the end of the day. Now we’re on day six and still no phone call. What a waste of time.

My case manager, Anissa, just spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to discuss aspects of my case for which I still had questions. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me through the process. I appreciate the one-on-one time. I feel as though I am in good hands!
