My losses were not enough for their gains.

cant be seen.. cant talk to them too busy to talk still waiting on anything or everything..

Ask the same questions repeatedly.

I would give them a zero if I could. Totally unprofessional phone people that don't know what they're talking about and lies to future customers! I was told I had to sign a contract after three phone calls or I couldn't talk to anybody about my legal situation. I was told I'd get a phone call the next morning two days later I still haven't gotten a phone call to discuss it and I've been trying to cancel the contract and all you get is the runaround!

Very unprofessional (talk over people and hang up on you), unorganized, and only care about money in their pocket and not you. Case under review but lawyer needing document. Sent to both email address (1 is blocked and 1 is not found). Rep argued about it even though I read the unfounded auto reply from mailer daemon. EDIT: See the response below. This confirms the lack of knowledge, professionalism and customer service. If you strive for improvement and take negative reviews seriously then this would have already been handled and addressed since this complaint was provided over the phone and via email. Why doesn’t someone here do their job!!!! Still no call from anyone. AGAIN FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!! HOPE THIS HELPS PEOPLE!
