At the beginning they were interested in my case but they weren't contacting me, I was the one trying to connect to them all the time, they were focused on the chiropractor but not on the property damage. They didn't reply my emails not my phone calls, now there is no contact at all. So I had to hire another lawyer. They don't care about your case if they won't get a good compensation. Definitely, don't choose them if you don't have injuries or health problems.

They were very unhelpful. Didn’t answer my questions. I’ve never dealt with a Law Firm like this before. They were recommended highly from other law firms, and they couldn’t even give me an answer. Why?

Let me tell my story, I was in a car an auto accident Feb of 2023 I was back ended at a stop light while the other driver was on the phone. A couple days after the accident I Contact Morgan and Morgan. Talked to them about my case they made it seems like a no brainer and that they told me it was their percentage is 33% and an additional 7% if it goes to tail and was told these cases never go to trial. So their representative, (first mistake) gained my trust and I signed. After almost 2 years after being bounced for one attorney to another and multiple paralegals I was told they lost my file and top of that they have never sent me a copy of the contract. Now the fun part, their attorney/paralegal contacted first time end of July of 2024, told me that they were sending over a demand letter now in August of 2024 and it was accepted in September of 2024 but never told about it until end of October of 2024. There was no mediation no need to file a lawsuit (by the way they filed a lawsuit in March of 2024) that way they were guaranty their 7% bonus without going to trail. I feel that I was misrepresent and failed on fiduciary responsibility, basically screwed out of $7000 at settlement. And this is really the fun part is that they gave me 13 minutes to sign the settlement I asked for an hour to review it and was told no and was told that I had to sign it now (I have the text messages). Buy the way they never went over the settlement statement so they wanted to bury it and hope I would not catch, it any ways I got home and reviewed it and immediately called the paralegal and was told to basically told to pound sand and that I signed it, and this was also their attorney stand. I contact a friend who is an attorney and highly suggested to file a complaint with the bar which I in the process of doing now. Moral of the story beware their firm is not what they seem to be it is truly not Morgan and Morgan for the people their tag line should be Morgan and Morgan for Morgan and Morgan. So, my advice is to stay away they are not to be trusted.

When my case got a little hard did morgan and morgan try at all, no they just dropped my case and the attorney was rude about it when I had questions and hung up in my face, now I see morgan and morgan only wants easy cut a dry cases, but if someone has to actually act like an attorney is over. I plan to tell everyone in my power on every platform about the service my family received in our time of need, and after dragging my case for 3 wasted months that could have been spent with an attorney that actually cared and willing to put in a little effort, so if your actually looking for a real attorney I suggest not going to morgan and morgan unless they feel is 1000% easy to handle. Also my attorney Andres in miami should be fired for hanging up in my face because I had questions that he could not answer. Morgan and Morgan was the absolute worse , and made my already horrible situation much worse!

If you do not have a case Worth over 500,000 they will do nothing trust me they left me crippled

The first accident I've ever been in in my life and the worst experience with a law firm. NEVER AGAIN. They do not return phone calls nor emails, ROCIO and ZEB. I have left at least 1 voicemail for each of them over the last 2.5 months and have yet to hear from either of them. My medical bills have NOT been paid and I STILL cannot speak to my insurance about the claim because Morgan and Morgan have YET to release a letter to them stating they are no longer servicing me. Case is closed but you are not doing what you are supposed to on your part. I will NEVER recommend these people to anyone. A report to BBB will be filed.

My name is Emmanuel Bonhomme these lawyers and Terrible reeling me in for weeks about my case closing how they’re gonna lower all the bills so I could get the maximum payout from $50,000 telling my my medical bills were almost $50,000 by itself while they’re getting their 33.3% and I receive 3000 they negotiated the bills of medical to $30,000 their fee almost $17,000 where I have to deal with the pain the time that I have missed from work due to this accident said that I’m damaged for life and the doctors and lawyers get to enjoy a great pay day my life is changed for me and my kids because I can’t be the same person I was before now every time i ask about the money or an advance they are calling and texting only to ask me to change or delete my review Asking for my money makes me feel like until I delete or change the review I won't be getting the money that they have had since August and it's now November i will keep updating my post about this law firm

Worst experience I've ever had with an attorney. Morgan and Morgan does not return calls or emails and the second they find out they might have to work to win a settlement, they drop you like a hot potato. I have another attorney who would like to take a look at my case but Morgan and Morgan refuses to send me any of the details of my case. Won't answer or return my emails or calls. They have all my info, police report, animal control, medical records , and insurance policy and won't send me any of it. Extremely upset and disappointed and will advise everyone I know to never use them. My co-worker just fell and severly injured his back and thank God I was able to advise him to use a different firm because his first thought was Morgan and Morgan too. Don't trust these people with your money and future. They really don't care, you are just a number.

They won’t take your case unless you almost died. Dont waste your time with them. Morgan and Morgan is only worried about cases that could get them 10 million or more
