Duane was simply incredible with my case. Although not real estate related he helped me achieve a restraining order and was incredibly well educated on the legal preceding that took place, acquiring a guilty plea and winning my case without ever going to trial. During a very difficult emotional time for me he was able to assure me everything would work out, taking the time to meet with me on multiple occasions to make sure I felt comfortable during the entire process both legally and emotionally. I would recommend Duane to anyone not only because of his knowledge, skills and dedication as a lawyer but because I also believe he is genuinely a good person.

The attorney saw me without an appointment as I went to his office without one. He was insightful and showed a clear understanding of my issue.
