The staff at Leifert & Leifert were very friendly and professional. Brian Leifert did an amazing job with my case. He handled it very discretely and he took his time with answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what was going on. I usually look at all reviews before doing more research on a business although I have never written review myself, but felt it was necessary especially if your in need of a criminal attorney, a review definitely helps when making a decision. I will also be hiring him for expunging/sealing my case in the next month or so. I definitely recommend him. Not everyone will have the same experience with an attorney But as for me I'm glad mine was great.

I am a Delaware resident who had been working in Pompano for 4 months when I was arrested at a sobriety checkpoint and charged with DUI. I was released on a Saturday evening, opened the phone book, and started dialing attorneys. Brian was the first and only one to call me back on Sunday morning. SUNDAY MORNING!!! I was going crazy with fear and worry and he calmed me down. The next morning I was in his office for the consultation. He told me exactly how he was going to proceed and what I should expect. He was a straight shooter. I signed the paperwork and never looked back. He exuded a calm confidence that helped me get through the ordeal. He was always kind, compassionate, and understanding. His knowledge and litigation skills are unsurpassed. The case was eventually dropped to a much lesser charge that wouldn't affect my license. He is a Steely Eyed Missile Man!!! He saved me and I'm eternally grateful. Trust me, you want him in your corner!!

First of all, these testimonials are either fake or of close friends and family of this law firm and that was easy to figure out since all of them were posted 5 months ago and all with 5 stars. Huh what are the odds. They will lie to you and make you feel like you are stupid for not knowing anything about your legal rights. I called them trying to hiring them for a small criminal traffic violation. He then wanted to charge me 1500 for this. He also elaborated on the fact that there are other things he needs to take care of that I discovered weren't true after calling 3 different law offices. Not only were these other offices honest about all the fees but all 3 also have a fee that was less then half of what this Leifert law office wanted to charge. So please don't go giving your money to these criminals. It's possible it's just the son that is like this and that's cause I would expect more dignity from the senior Leifert. I hope he is made aware of how his son is representing his law firm.
