I contacted my case worker on Monday, as is customary, she never answered so, I left her both a voice & text message. Today's Friday and I'm yet to receive a response. I tried calling again but, got the same results. I once again left dual messages! You guys are highly thought of so this is both disappointing and frustrating!

Poor communication and management of case. Very unorganized and leave you feeling abandoned. Don’t return phone calls or properly handle facilities and doctor’s offices. Made a mistake choosing them to “represent” me. Honestly don’t know what they did besides cost me money and time.

The initial intake was ok, however please be cautious as some of the information provided can be deceiving. I was told that the attorney would get in touch with me to go over the documents I signed at the initial stage. Did not hear from the attorney and once my file was assigned to the case worker i as told that this was not true. Many questions left unanswered and I felt rushed off the phone when I had a question or concern. Not very patient or knowledgeable. I did not feel valued as a client so I decided to switch attorneys which provided more feedback and patience.
