I've been with them for about a year and a half and have been transferred to my 4th lawyer (not at my request). Communication is absolutely horrible. Takes days or weeks for any response. No one knows what's going on with the case. You have to explain yourself multiple times, and it seems like the case notes are never updated. Why am I wasting my time explaining multiple times if nothing is notated?! This isn't how people should be treated while they are experiencing trauma as it is. You'd think John wouldn't spend all the money on advertising and invest it in quality and competent lawyers who want to close and win cases to ultimately help the people?!

I would not use them ever again. I had to explain PIP to the law clerk. The communication is absolutely horrendous!!!! They took 2 months to issue a check that should have been done in a week. They charge their 40% and then tack on additional fees that you have to pay.

So far I have done all the leg work pulling documents from medical portals to post, wrote a detailed accident report with photos and furnish pre-existing medical documentaion that would take them months to acquire.
After one month following the accident you would think too that I would have heard from my attorney personally --other than a canned email they dessimate. Just a personal meet and greet over the phone or by video Zoom would be nice. They are good at referring clients for medical consultations though, however.
They do furnish a Do's and Don'ts video about two weeks after an accident, but it would be best if it was furnished immediately after accepting the case.
From all the commercials you would think Morgan and Morgan was in communication with a client, but they are not. Not complaining yet.
It would also be nice to delete repeated documents I have posted on their portal too, due to errors or corrections because of grammar.
Overall, I will reserve adding more stars untill I see increased activity in performance. In fairness, we are still in the early stages of case and an assessment of my physical well being is still in progress. So if the purpose of assessing M&M performance the first month then I would say 3 stars is right
