Overall this is the worst lawyer in town. I would not recommend them if my life depend it on them. My sister had an accident and Gelch & Associates, P.A. took the case in order to obtain the most money for them. Well, so it happens that they failed at getting a payday for themselves and dropped our case on a heartbeat. This comes after a 3 month waiting period where they made claims with both insurance companies. Not only did they make the situation worse, they simply bailed over a letter, very classy.

Mid October I got into a bad car accident. My friend referred me to Law Offices of Joseph Lipsky. I called them as soon as I got out of the hospital, and since then, Sandy was the person who handled my case. She took great care of everything for me and I’m very thankful. From recovery, to the settlement, she guided me on what would need to be done. They handled everything. It is now the beginning of March and I’m fully recovered and have received my settlement.
I would refer anyone here. They’re the best. Thank you again Sandy for helping me through a difficult time!

I had gotten into a minor accident and found Gelch and Associates. They were very professional and always able to answer any questions quickly. Gary and Tammy handled my case in a very professional manner and were able to get one of my tickets dismissed entirely. I would 10/10 recommend and use again if I ever needed to.
