I came to Mr. Abrams when the bank was ready to sell my home in a foreclosure sale. I was freaking out. A friend of mine recommended me to Erik, because he had done a great job helping them with a short sale....So I gave it a shot. I was a little nervous because he is fairly young; however, the Abrams family has been offering legal services in Hollywood for decades, so I figured I was in OK hands. I am so happy I retained Erik to help me save my home from foreclosure! Erik returns calls promptly, kept in informed of the progress of my case often, and was easy to work with. Not only did he stop the sale, but Erik was able to have the bank approve a short sale. I am now out of the home, and my credit is still intact!
