I hired Ms. Nova about 3 weeks ago she was soooo sure she could help me until she was paid we gave her $900 only 3 weeks ago my next payment wasn’t due til April 5. She has been telling me idk since we paid her so I gave her the benefit of the doubt because all these good reviews but she is Cap she doesn’t listen and she makes moves based off the state and NOT the facts she didn’t help us at all she was more worried about getting paid. I texted her out of frustration cause I paid her to help get my family out of jail and she allowed the state to use bull to make my brother stay in jail 9 more days she doesn’t listen she called us rude and annoying she never listened to the facts this lady had the nerve to ask me for a statement and say is this exactly what you want me to say? Like your a lawyer your supposed to help us make the best decisions she is always too busy to hear me out I hired another lawyer the lawyer set and listened and gave advice for almost 2 hours he even gave me the options I presented to Ms Nova I’m a mother and I never wanna talk down on a another BossyMom but this woman has NO integrity nor is she willing to fight the fight she is willing to do just enough to look cute in court and think that means something she set in court and allowed my brother to defend himself after we paid her she never even went to see him in jail or even call the only time she called was two days ago and she offered him a offer that I been told her we didn’t want and what we needed from her she fired her self twice and had the nerve to say this is too much work for o my $900 woman we in a middle of a pandemic I literally paid my bills late to pay her smh sad part she agreed to a payment plan once she was hired it was more about the money then helping us and it’s not fair she blocked me from texting her because I was telling her what to say in court she told me stop 🛑 texting and calling her your my lawyer you made a decision without calling me or your client the chargers are bull just like Ms. Nova she works with the state not with the client that’s backwards cause the state is NOT our friend so why are you making deals and telling them too much 🤦🏾‍♀️ very horrible experience I have two other lawyers im working with and they are nothing like this she is money hungry rude and she will tell you she can help once she is paid you gone hear IDK more than what she do know sad I can’t get a refund because she is not worth $900 at all she needs be a public defender not a private attorney 🤦🏾‍♀️

Don't waste your time on this lawyer she doesn't even tell you what going on your case but she would bother you about your money TRUST ME SHE A WASTE OF TIME

This lawyer disrespects you from the first moment because I went with a friend to her office and she makes an appointment with you for an hour and/or she has to leave or she doesn't show up or worse, she leaves us waiting for hours at least she entertains you in the waiting room listening to the cases of others because it lacks privacy. The worst thing, she never defended my friend, she seemed like the aggressor's lawyer. Do not waste your money there are many other lawyers committed to duty.

She was great, extremely responsive. Alerted me of all court dates before hand. All charges where dismissed! Her assistant Gina is amazing as well!
