It turns out, that the dealership where I had purchased my vehicle in Broward County, Florida was apparently engaging in some sort of fraudulent activities, because after I signed the contract to purchase the vehicle and drove off the lot, I found out that the dealership did not pay off the initial lein-holder and I was on the hook paying the second lienholder even though I had no guarantee that the first lienholder that should have been paid off by the dealership would not exercise their ability to repossess my car. As a defrauded consumer, I had a dark cloud constantly following me because since the initial lienholder was never paid and even though I was making my scheduled payments on my current loan, I lived in constant uncertainty not knowing if my vehicle was going to be repossessed. Both Gregory Light and Anthony Gonzalez were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I could tell that they not only wanted to do a great job, but they truly cared about my case and my situation. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure that they did absolutely all that they could to resolve my legal matter to my satisfaction.. and they absolutely delivered. I was able to obtain their services for an amount at which I could afford and I was extremely happy with the ultimate result obtained. I contacted Light & Gonzalez, PLLC's office in Plantation, Florida as a result of my wages being garnished because of an extremely old credit card debt. I think that it is notable to mention that I had contacted a minimum of four or more attorneys prior to calling their office and each one of them had told me that I would be better off paying what was being alleged that I owed then fighting against what I believed that I did not owe against this debt collector. I then call and spoke to Gregory Light and Anthony Gonzalez, they reassured me that my case was important and it was indeed worth fighting. They met with me on multiple occasions and were prompt in responding to telephone calls and emails if I had any questions. They agreed to go to court and represent me on extremely short notice and at a price in which I could afford. Although, they never guaranteed me a result, it was their relentless pursuit of justice coupled with their diligent efforts in zealously advocating for me that I respect. Ultimately, the result was the garnishment against me was stopped and a refund of my needed monies which were being withheld by my employer were returned. If there is any individual who has debt collectors: send them letters, harassing them, calling them, suing them, threatening them or garnishing their wages, then I would recommend their services without reservation.
