Horrible experience! Staff not professional nor do they show empathy or compassion. Very disappointed. I called this law firm to assist in my case. No follow-up calls, no professional common courtesy to provide a case up date. The rep was very awful today and I'm shocked. A law office that is suppose to be the best, is now the worst In my book. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Rubinstein law by a friend who has used their firm numerous amounts of time. The receptionist was very nice when I called and assigned me my attorney and paralegal go to person for my case. That's where I met my dynamic dual. Eric Shapiro and Elizabeth Vasquez. Great experience with Eric and very knowledgeable. What blew my mind the most was Elizabeth. Even though I was a little bit of a pain , she kept great composure very pleasant and polite on the phone and even more welcoming when I met her at the office. She was very informative, explained everything what Eric might've needed from me. What overwhelmed me even more about her was that she reached out to me before and after my surgery. Made sure I was ok and if I needed anything. She didn't make me feel like a client but a family member of the Rubenstein law firm. Keep up the great work. I will be sending more people and having them ask for my dynamic dual team.

We've been dealing with this firm for about 13 months now my husband had an automobile accident back in 2016. We hardly ever get any calls on the case and if we do they say they are doing the best they can. We I call either they are not in the office or they are out and never get a return call until feed days later. It's very frustrating because we put our trust in this law firm thinking it would be an open and shut case. I wouldnt not recommend this firm to anybody. I just called and automatically put on whole no one even answered 👎👎👎

Mi experiencia no fue muy buena, creo en mi opinion que el abogado que me asignaron no fue suficiente en mi defensa, y no me gusto como manipulo mi situacion. Nunca mas volveria a contratarlos.
