I wish I would have reached out to Mr. Golburgh earlier. The first law firm I paid butchered my case. My previous reputation never updated me and I went in blind every time to court. Mr. Golburgh kept me informed, he called/texted constantly with updates and let me know what needed to be done. I appreciate what this firm has done for me and highly recommend. I wish I could give more stars. This law firm knows what they are doing and no one in south east Florida should use a different law firm for a DUI. Thank you again. Eternally grateful.

I have used Mr. Golburgh on three different issues in the past year that I needed help with including needing advice in a bad accident and a ticket and more, he went out of his way to always answer my calls and text messages and was there when I needed a attorney the most. First off I wanna say!! The best money you can invest in! Lloyd is very aggressive in getting results for his client.... very communicative treats you like family unlike some law firms. if I could give 20 stars I would... update from this posting a year ago.....I used Lloyd to defend my daughter on a possession of drug charge. The incident that created this charge was WITNESSED by an officer who saw the driver of the car PURCHASE the drugs and upon pulling the car over WITNESSED the MALE DRIVER reach over to the passenger, MY DAUGHTER with what appeared to be giving her something (what the driver did was stuff the drugs in her shirt that he had just purchased and told her to say nothing) while being detained the driver continued to berate her into keeping her mouth shut. The driver then allows the officers to search the car where he knew he had drug paraphernalia, he was out on bail for grand theft, has a known history of drug use, physical violence and arrests. And yet, Lloyd did "NOTHING" to defend her and simply accepted the prosecutors deal based on the factor that my daughter LIED to the police. OF COURSE SHE LIED, She was scared!! She had never been in trouble with the law, she had been emotionally and physically abused by the driver of the car before and knew what he would do, she was berated by the officers on the scene after she had been read her rights, she was emotionally distraught during this incident. Again, Lloyd could only see that She had possession, She lied to the police, She was guilty....So Lloyd offered NO DEFENSE!! he just settled with the prosecutor. After it was all said and done he called us names, he violated attorney client privilege, A Florida Bar complaint was filed and yet, he is still advertising Criminal Defense. Go figure! Family Law Maybe, even DUI's and Traffic Violations. CRIMINAL LAW- NOT SO MUCH. Don't expect him to protect your innocents' until Proven Guilty * Don't expect him to do what is best for the client and get the best outcome for his client * Don't expect him to be available to you, you have to wait in line. * Don't expect him to go to trial, he will talk you into a non negotiated Plea and he will simply accept the State Attorney Plea instead. Family Law -Fine * Traffic Violation and DUI- Fine * CRIMINAL LAW- "NO" find a Lawyer who works "ONLY" in CRIMINAL LAW you will have a better chance.

I had 5 years fighting a case and thanks to Golburgh law charges were drop. After all that time now im free thanks to Golburgh law.

Since legal assistant Tasia took over my case everything been great she is extremely helpful and very responsive about my case, she got me the answers I needed quickly, and she always keep me updated for my case im so happy with her performance in work ethic she's the best . so far my case is working out smoothly
