I must say, I am extremely impressed with attorney Lisa- Gaye Smith and her legal assistant Amairany. I love, love, love Lisa’s approach of setting clear expectations which works as an excellent guide for clients. Their outstanding communication skills keeps you abreast and involved at all times. Allow Lisa and her team to walk you through the process and work arduously to get you the very best results. My case was settled in record time with this duo and they surely knocked this one out of the park. Lisa and Amairany exceeded in all aspects which is an unlikely perception for me actually. Literally the most Legally incompetent law firm in South FL! I provided them all pertinent details of my accident etc when I first selected them to represent me including police reports which reflect insurance information etc for all parties involved. Months into the representation they realized there was a conflict of interest between their firm and the other party involved in my accident and couldn’t continue representing me! I’d never recommend to anyone who actually values their time!

The worst experience. My lawyer Mary-Ann doesn’t even have time for her client. I must’ve spoken to her once & she never return my calls. Juliana Avarez will give you the run around, say one thing today then another the next. They can’t show you proof or what’s what!!! They expect me to just accept a low offer and be okay with it. I’m praying when this will be over because I’m about sick and tired of them playing games. Stay away! They just want to steal your money and tell you “Oh sorry, the insurance only gave us $10,000” liessssss
