My experience has been horrible with this law office. My biggest gripe is with their paralegal, Kelly- she was the rudest, most unprofessional, and condescending individual that I’ve dealt with. It’s been over a year since they’ve accepted my case, and it’s been nothing but back and forth. For months, I couldn’t get Kelly on the phone or to return my phone calls. Finally, once my insurance company gave her their “top offer”, she expects for me to drop everything and answer all of her calls. News flash, I have a job, also. Now, all of a sudden- they’ve released the case but I can’t get someone on the phone to let my insurance company know how to proceed with the case. So, my claim is in limbo because of their negligence. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Hope you have better luck than I did.

Rubenstein law has a great team of workers. From the attorney to the assistant, they were amazing! Lizbet is very professional, on top of her stuff and always made me feel secure. Even through a stressful time, they made it easy going.

Lizbet and Marianne are amazing!! They handled my daughters case and explained everything to me step by step. They were great!
