Mr. Wallie further confirmed this, took the case and won her settlement. He was extremely pleasant to work with and a consummate professional.

I am a Real Estate agent and had a particular problem in a Condominium that I own in Pompano Beach and needed some counseling. I contacted Peter Wallis and hired him. His knowledge of Condo Law was very helpful. He came and represented me at the condo meeting and advised me what to do and how to solve the situation. If anyone needs an attorney I will highly recommend his services. One of the most important things to me is that if I call someone is to get a quick response and yes Peter answers his phone.

Mr Wallis represented me in a Homeowners action he was VERY HANDS ON and kept me informed every step if the way. He also will not back down appears to love a challenge and is very effective in a courtroom setting.

This lawyer prefers internet communication instead of face to face contact with his clients. I never saw him in person. He claimed to specialize in foreclosure defense, but was more focused on the volume of cases rather than the quality of representation. His knowledge of the law appeared to be very limited; when he argued the case in the courts, he failed to cover many pertinent issues and never called to clarify them with me beforehand. At that time, he was overwhelmed with several other cases (behind the eight ball so to speak) had very little command of the facts or apparent memory of them. Needless to say, the judge ruled against him, and I was given the impression that he was accustomed to failure. Like many in his profession, he is voracious when it comes to collecting his fees irrespective of whether he has justifiably earned them or not. In my case, he did not and it was money down the drain.
