RESPONSE TIMES------ I sent my first message to Soreide Law Group on a Friday evening (PST), and Lars got back to me personally about an hour later (@ approx 8:45pm EST). I had no expectation to hear back from him until the following week. Right from the start, as you can imagine, I was impressed. Throughout our experience, he maintained that same personal relationship, always responding promptly. COMMUNICATION------ I did quite a bit of research before initially reaching out to 3 different firms (including Soreide Law Group). Each firm answered all my questions, but Lars' answers were so much more specific on expectations, timeframes and details about the process. Only with Soreide did I feel like I completely understood what I was getting into. THE PROCESS------ This really encompassed both of the first areas. For starters, because Lars laid out such thorough expectations and timeframes, I always felt like I knew what was coming next in the process and how long we would have to wait to get there. And every single part of the process lined up with Lars' roadmap. There were no surprises. I'm going to repeat that... There were no surprises. Not professional at all. They acted like they had my best interests in the beginning but as soon as I paid the retainer fee there was an immediate shift in their attitude and professionalism. They will tell you many important things you should have known way before paying the retainer fee.
