I ordered an S-Corp and they put me in for an LLC. The rep, Donny Klaehn said that he would not fix it and that the company did not give refunds. All that they had to do was cancel the LLC and order me an S-Corp (what I paid $575 for), but since they already had my money, they felt no need to help me any more.
