I called multiple times and left numerous voicemail for not a single response back in the spam of 8 weeks. I've been trying to settle a debt as quickly as possible but these people mad it impossible to know what was happening and how my issue will be fixed. The only upside is at least they send their letters, albeit, a day late so all the information I have about my debt and resolution is from the written documentation.

As an American citizen in debt during the time of a natural disaster. (Hurricane Ian Victim) Naderpour & Associates are strict on their policy.
I have made mistakes back in my teen-age years and now as a young adult I'm working on correcting my debt to the United states & Wells Fargo.
To conclude, their is lack of communication with Naderpour & Associates. You must call and not procrastinate! They are here to help the bank only. It is a collection agency not a Publix.
