I recently finished working with Geil Bilu. I would like to share the good experience I had working with him and his firm. From the very beginning I felt at ease as he took the time the explain to me how he views the situation and possible outcomes. I came to Ron about a business partner embezzling money. My fiancé and I were, needless to say, absolutely heart broken about our recent discoveries. So much so that we basically word vomited all our discoveries at our consultation with Ron. He was very patient with organizing our frustrations/sentence fragments into structure and valid argumentative points. As a write this, it is still the beginning stages of my circumstance, but we left our consultation felling relieved and confident with the legal advice provided to us and have signed a retaining agreement with him. Ron is extremely versed in business law and well rounded as an attorney. I went to 3 different attorneys which all put me on the back burner and didn't have any interest in meeting my timeline. He was able to meet the deadline I had in mind and draft a clear, comprehensive business agreement for my employee and I which clearly delineates our interests and protects our relationship for the long term. It's very difficult to find an attorney who is well rounded and actually has the ability to work in the business law area and be able to do title work. I'm a mortgage lender and he already referred me a client who is shopping for a home within 2 weeks of completing our agreement! I would recommend him for title work if you're a consumer or if you're a lender. Thanks Ron!

Ron and his team did an excellent job with my short sale! They were honest, upfront, and always on top of everything. They were also very proactive with communication which I really appreciated because I needed to get the short sale closed as quickly as possible. Ron also spent the time to made sure I understood each item we discussed which was great because this was my first short sale and was very new to the whole process. You just don't find companies that operate as well as this one these days. I'm extremely happy to have found Ron and his team to help us get through our short sale.
