We operate an investment fund and incubator for startups. Most law firms avoid early stage companies completely. But over a 30 day period, Gwen helped 3 of our startup companies address the full range of what could have been life threatening issues: governance structure, intellectual property ownership, contract negotiation, investor dispute, operating agreement. They came to our offices, made every deadline, and spoke in a language that startup CEOs could actually understand.
