I had called to just see if the firm would be able to take my case. The receptionist was fairly rude. As a stressed out parent and trying to figure out the best option a little compassion in your voice goes a long way! Also do not say you will call someone back and then not. It's fine if you folks couldn't take the case or assist but call someone back rather than leave them waiting and wondering. 0/5 for customer service.

Attorney Frazier did an amazing job with a highly contentious custody case I was experiencing. She clearly set out expectations, potential outcomes, and the timeline. At every stage she was clearly thoroughly prepared for all scenarios and I felt well informed about the ongoings of her case. In addition her paralegal, LaTasha, was excellent. LaTasha filed motions quickly and responded to emails without delay. She asked questions to make sure motions filed contained necessary and accurate information. My son is now with me fulltime with the appropriate legal protections to protect him from a narcissistic co-parent. I hope I never need a family lawyer again but if I do Attorney Frazier will absolutely be who I call. Highly recommended
