After working with John, it became apparent that no one else has ever thoroughly reviewed our Corporate Resolution when it came to Real Estate matters. In reviewing our Corporate Resolution, John caught a necessary adjustment to be made. This "catch" will help future transactions run smoothly. This gives us more confidence in our own company as well. Thank you John!

I have purchased and sold many transactions in Florida, and the one I closed with John was a very complicated commercial purchase. He was creative, timely and cost effective in getting it closed for me. He was also honest about the potential risks and costs involved at each step so I could plan my legal budget accordingly without surprises. Great to work with.

John, specifically, and his firm handle numerous real estate closings and at times, workouts for our bank over the past 7 years. We have never had an issue regarding the integrity and soundness of specifically his work and/or his firm's work overall.
John is knowledgeable and timely in his work and reviews.

Despite having a WRITTEN agreement for a cap on fees for service, he continued to charge me without letting me know. When questioned, he was very nasty and said he had to do extra work and refused to adjust his fee, citing "unjust enrichment" if we were to receive "benefit" from the work he did that was NOT REQUIRED and NOT REQUESTED. This is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. He ADDED his fees to our closing packet and we were faced with NO CHOICE and were forced to pay him. As far as I am concerned he STOLE this money from us. It is lawyers like John Wideikis that give ALL lawyers a very bad name.
