I spoke with the lawyer via phone as I live in NY and received more advice from him then I did from lawyers in person at no cost.

Way over priced , And the attorney I had was NOT a fighter she did the bare minimum! Her name was Christine she never answered my calls or emails she was very unprofessional , She was let go by the firm , I don't understand why she was hired to start with , I wasted 20 thousand at this place. Keep in mind I was fighting a petty Misdemeanor charge. I went and hired Scott Miller from Miller firm , For 5 thousand he did much more work for me and also FAUGHT HARD for me , He always answered my calls and made sure my family always felt good about what was happening during our case , Please do not waste your time and hard earned money at this firm because you have a 50/50 chance of getting someone who is terrible at there job! Hire Scott Miller he is In Sarasota but will drive to Charlotte to represent you.

Out of probably nearly 30 law offices I had called, jeff was the first lawyer to actually answer my call himself( not some secretary who just took my name and details and passed it along), and actually LISTEN to me.
