Jennifer Mantoni came highly recommended to me from another attorney, and she did NOT disappoint! Ms Mantoni’s attention to detail, professionalism, promptness, and “enthusiastic” temperament whenever the situation called for it. She is very knowledgeable and I am very pleased with the results. I can not thank her enough for all her hard work. I would highly recommend her for any Real Estate law matters.

Jennifer is one of those rare people you run across ever once in a while. Professionalism , and knowledge is expected of an attorney but she has that extra quality that makes dealing with the difficult issues she solves for me most pleasurable. I give a problem to her and I get back a resolution. No muss no fuss and without me having to worry or spend my time making sure it gets done. Along the way while solving my problem she keeps me informed to the level I expect which is more than I can say of many attorneys. Her billing estimates are always spot on and she always delivers more than expected. Once, and only once, and it was my staffs mistake not Jennifer's, there was an issue with a title. I discovered it and when I asked Jennifer to fix it she put it at the head of her tasks and even though it was my fault, not hers, she refused to accept any payment for the resolution. Wow! Don't find this level of service everywhere. I highly recommend Ms. Mantoni.

Attorney Jennifer Mantoni represented me in a landlord-tenant dispute and termination. She communicated with me within 24 hours of my initial contact to discuss the 2 issues in dispute with my landlord. She was specific on every detail of how to proceed and what paperwork was needed. The hourly rate was clearly explained at this time. Attorney Mantoni was always professional and I always felt that she was on my side in the dispute. She is very easy to talk to and is a great listener. She stayed in full contact with my landlord so that I could avoid contact with them. She was friendly but strong in dealing with the landlord. Jennifer helped me remove a troublesome tenant who was never late on rent payments but was making life miserable for the rest of my tenants. She provided excellent service and advice and is worth her weight in gold! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mobile home park and RV park law.

Jennifer was very polite and an amazing help for me in getting my deposit back from my former landlord. She is patient and very understanding of your troubles, and she is very thorough with her work. As soon as I contacted Jennifer she was very clear about what I needed to do, how she could help and what actions to avoid in removing an abusive and delinquent tenant from my property. I was very concerned about cost having already lost more than I could afford from non payment but I have no question that she saved me much more in the end by hiring her when I did. She was very straightforward and some points were hard to hear at times but she was extremely empathetic to my situation and obviously knowledgeable about the best course of action. I was terrified that I would end up paying for a lawyer who would take as much as I had lost but her goal was a quick resolution at the least impact to us financially and for that I could not be more grateful.
