I had the best experience with this office . Andrea and Summer have been great through out my whole case. They were VERY informative and helpful every step of the way. Any time I had a question they always were available to answer or got back to me very quickly. Very happy with the way my case turned out . Definitely recommend them to anyone!

After a downright awful experience with another lawfirm, I was ever so eager to switch gears and contact my local Rue & Ziffra office and boy was it a night and day different experience! Luis and Shannon went above and beyond to help me win my case. Anytime I messaged Shannon, I received an immediate response, and she always provided clear, concise information. I never had to wonder about the status of my case. I even asked her questions not directly related to my case, and she took time to answer those. Dont waste your time with Alan Ziffra, he is an ambulance chaser that will sell out your case as soon as he has a chance to settle for a dollar. He sat at the arbitration table and stuttered and was laughed at by another attorney...seriously! i was embarrassed the whole time with such a weak attorney representing me. Take my word for it or find out for yourself. GOOD LUCK!

I worked with Kim Bouck and Liz. They did an excellent job representing me. They always returned my calls if they weren't immediately available. I believe they are much better than Morgan & Morgan or Dan Newlan. They are truly local. The community work they do truly benefits Port Orange Daytona and the local area.
