I am giving Rue & Ziffra my own ***** rating. From my first call the staff from the front desk to the paralegal have been great. My calls or emails were answered or returned promptly. They explained each step we would be talking and stayed on top of my medical records. Attorney Allan Ziffra counseled me, was very knowledgeable, well prepared and was a real fighter. The mediator told me several times that Attorney Ziffra did a good job. I knew that I had hired the right firm. I would recommend Rue & Ziffra to everyone!

My experience with Rue & was overall very professional, but also my attorney (Andrea) cared about my personal well being and that matters when you are dealing with the different effects of being in a car accident. There were times that Andrea just called to make sure mentally- I was doing okay- She never mentioned doctors appointments, the financial aspects etc;
And this made me comfortable with the company and trust the fact that yes they had to play their part as attorneys but also I was being represented by a company of attorneys who cared.

It's been some years now and I regret hiring them for the accident my son was in. Find a lawyer that will actually try to get the money you should get, not just what the insurance policy dictates since injuries last a lifetime. BTW...please stop the insanely annoying youtube ads.
