I was involved in an auto accident back in August 2024. I originally had Morgan & Morgan representing me, however, was not pleased with them so I decided to change law firms. I am glad I made the change, Ashley Holmes was my case manager and she handled everything as I expected. This law firm took care of me and I would expect them to do the same for you. I was involved in a severe accident where I was sitting at a red light and was rear-ended from behind. I was hit with enough force that it pushed me into the car parked in front of me. The result of the accident totalled my new 4 door wrangler and caused injuries to myself. I contacted Rue and Ziffra and they took the case right away. They fought hard for me and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. They were able to get me a settlement quite a bit larger than the insurance company initially offered. They were amazing kept in contact throughout the entire process Ashley was the best person ever she was polite and responded very fast and got me very close to what I asked for so I’m grateful for her and this law firm! I called Rue and Ziffra after my husband was in a terrible motorcycle accident. I called on a Friday night from the hospital and was able to talk to an employee of Rue and Ziffra, not an answering service. Because it was late on a Friday night I expected a call on Monday, but Mr. Gracia called shortly after and we spoke over an hour. That evening I also received a call from Mr. Ziffra to make sure somebody had reached out to us. Luis kept us informed on a regular basis. Diane, his assistant was a wealth of knowledge and was able to clarify all the legal aspects that we did not understand. Both Luis and Diane were very prompt at getting back to us when we called or emailed . The whole entire staff was amazing. Thankfully, my husband is doing well. We recently settled our case and feel comfortable with the outcome. We highly recommend Rue and Ziffra and so thankful that we made the right choice.

I have used several law firms in the past. This is without a doubt the hardest working firm I have used. Their attention to detail and preparing me in advance for what was coming was second to none. They over-delivered in everything they did. They handled both the Workers Comp and liability sides of my case with equal skill. Rue & Ziffra is the best.

Rue and Ziffra represented myself and my wife’s estate in a medical malpractice lawsuit. First Liz stockhammer a medical professional reviewed my case and there was a reason for going forward and accepted my case .my atty Kim bouck and her assistant Teri Giuffrida guided me thru the whole legal process which took about three and a half years.all three of these ladies were Great always answering my many texts and phone calls .they exhibited much patience with me during a very traumatic period.
