I called to make an appointment, they are not seeing anyone in person due to Covid; it’s been two years, everything else is open; however, I started to ask questions about a surgery I had that went bad & there was complete silence on the phone. I had to ask if she was still on the phone. The woman blew me off & didn’t even offer to see my medical records. She verified my name & phone number & that was the end of that!

Just like any other attorney, if you're not making them rich, you, your health, or compensation is not a priority. They did not want to go any further than the absolute minimum. I am sure Roman Diveev has gotten paid but I have been waiting for over a week while they hold my check.

I used this lawfirm because a big law firm in Orlando said they would help me and they never did. I came here and Luis was my attorney in 2015 . I was in another accident recently and I called up Luis again. Definitely would recommend hands down. They know what they are doing.
