Life and changes can be difficult, and so many factors can play into that roller coaster ride. However, the attitude you approach it with, helps the stomach settle and you can enjoy the ride, even if it’s bumpy, have sharp turns, and several drops. After 22 years in the U.S. Army, my body incurred some physical challenges, but as a good soldier I persevered forward to take care of myself and my health as best as I could. Fast forward; COVID came in like a mighty storm for me. Bottom line, it left me with many more challenges and increased my former physical struggles. Not able to do the things I use to do, my entire life was altered, I sought help. Here’s where Rue and Ziffra comes in, but more importantly Mrs. Tina Ehrenkaufer and Ms. Chrissy Jones. I contacted four other offices before reaching Mrs. Ehrenkaufer. Unlike the others, she was Professional, Forthright, and very open. She allowed me to tell my story, and very directly and also with compassion she begins to tell me what she could and could not do for me. With no assurances, but giving me hope we made an appointment, and began my process. During our face to face, they made me feel Comfortable, Important, and that they truly cared about what I wanted and needed. I called to see if they would cover me I rent to own a Trailer and after I have paid 5,400.00 dollars the lady I was buying it from didn't give me the title she gave the Trailer back to trailer park owners in California. I only owed 300.00 more dollars & the Trailer would be mine I was screwed out of my money I need help I have been living in it for 19 months... 😡

I first hired Rue and Ziffra to handle my Disability case, Luis Gracia was my lawyer, he answered all my questions, returned all of my calls and texts and let me vent when I was frustrated.
