Called to inquire about arranging a consultation for a fire/insurance issue. Mr. Benjamin represented my mother, Heather D'Angela, in a civil dispute involving shoddy workmanship repairing her home in Hudson, FL, after a devastating fire. Referred to Mr. Vega by the Florida Bar Association. He was professional and listened to the details of our civil issue during a free consultation. Our vehicle was damaged while in a repair shop outside of Florida, because it was outside of Florida, he had to decline our case. Regardless, he respectfully gave us the potential scenarios if we choose to hire an out of state attorney and his thoughts and ideas moving forward if we pursue this civil issue without an attorney.
