The judge appointed Ms. McCabe to file an appeal on my dependency case. I never spoke to her once, even after leaving numerous messages. When the time was almost up to file my appeal, I received a letter that she was withdrawing from my case, and I had 20 days to submit a brief to appellate court if I still wanted to appeal. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude.
